The SF-RD80 radar level gauge emits extremely short microwave pulses with low energy, which are transmitted and received through the antenna system. Radar waves travel at the speed of light, and their travel time can be converted into level signals through electronic components. A special time extension method can ensure stable and accurate measurements in a very short period of time.

Intelligent radar level gauges are suitable for non-contact continuous measurement of liquids, slurries, and particulate materials, and are suitable for situations with large temperature and pressure changes, as well as the presence of inert gases and volatiles.
